Costs

This year we have worked extremely hard to make the ticket price concurrent with last years, Sydney prices, inflation and the plain fact that we are providing for students. This does not mean that we shall be skimping on the privileged ‘Drew’s life’ side of things!

College delegates upon paying the almost- all inclusive ticket price - from lunch time on Sunday the 5th July to the evening of the 12th July ( with the exception of the ‘Option’ night, where we go and have dinner around Sydney), will receive a traditional St Andrew’s College Formal Highlander Dinner and a single ticket to the Annual NAAUC Ball and VIP to the after party in Kings Cross.

Delegates will also receive accommodation in St Andrew’s for 7 nights with breakfasts lunches and dinners where applicable. Morning tea and afternoon tea will feature again, along with transfers to and from airports and stations to St Andrew’s and parking at St Andrew’s if applied for.

Delegates will also have included into their ticket prices all lectures, guest speakers, the complete academic programme, social activities, conference report and during the conference and throughout the year access to valuable information from the people who really know what college is all about!

The NAAUC 2009 Conference Ticket Prices are as follows;

Member Full Delegate	$ 800.00
Member Day Delegate	$ 550.00
Non Member Full Delegate	$ 960.00
Non Day Delegate	$ 690.00

Day delegate fees includes everything the Member College Delegate receives, minus the accommodation fees.

A late fee of $50.00 per delegate will be charged for late registration forms and payment (registration closes at 1700hrs Friday, June 5th, 2009) .The late fee will be payable during Conference registration on Sunday 5th July, 2009 at St Andrew’s College.

A compulsory $60.00 bond is also to be paid only by cheque by each delegate on arrival to St Andrew’s during Conference Registration.
