Accomodation

Delegates will be staying on campus at Trinity. Trinity is a residential college that resulted from the amalgamation of St. Columba and Kingswood Colleges. Located directly opposite the magnificent Crawley Campus of The University of Western Australia, Trinity is now the largest residential college in WA catering for some 380 undergraduate and postgraduate residents from all over Australia and around the world. The proximity of Trinity to Perth’s major attractions provides all residents and guests with a lifestyle to be envied.

Every delegate will have their own lockable room with a bed (bedding supplied), internal telephone system, a large desk, bookshelves, plenty of cupboard space and heating. There are multiple common rooms, equipped with vending machines, Foxtel televisions, DVD players, pool tables, table tennis tables, gym, a Sports Centre with an indoor badminton court, an outdoor multipurpose court set up for basketball and tennis, a half-court for basketball, outdoor gym and a resource centre with quiet study areas. Computer access will be available throughout the week so delegates will be able to logon to the University’s computer network and check e-mail or surf the net.

Trinity also has a Conference centre which included a wide selection of conference rooms which can be set up in different ways. The conference rooms include U-shaped tiered lecture theatres, standard lecture theatres, boardrooms, and tutorial rooms. We will be using these rooms for workshops, professional development and discussion groups during the conference.
