Jennifer is the 2026 Conference Director. She is a Bachelor of Arts student at the University of Melbourne, majoring in Politics and International Studies and Criminology. Jen currently serves as the President of Little Hall, where she has led initiatives to strengthen engagement, governance and community building within the largest residential space at the University of Melbourne. She is passionate about student leadership and creating inclusive environments which enhance the experience of students from diverse backgrounds. Jen is incredibly excited to continue contributing to the future of collegiate and residential life for students in Australia.
The Conference Director is responsible for overseeing the planning and creation of our week long NAAUC National Conference, and tasked with delivering a high quality event. This involves many different tasks, but largely focuses on the organisation of the logistical elements of the National Conference, the development and execution of the social program in conjunction with several different NAAUC team members, liaison with the Host Residence, and the selection and organisation of National Conference guest speakers.
