Winter Meeting 2025

From July 11–13, the NAAUC Team gathered in sunny Brisbane for our Winter Meeting. It was a jam-packed weekend of planning, bonding, and excitement for the year ahead. The team had the unique opportunity to tour The Women’s College, our stunning 2025 Conference host venue, and explore Cromwell and Emmanuel College as well. These visits sparked new ideas and helped us visualise the kind of experience we want to create for delegates. For some, the weekend marked a long-awaited reunion after Changeover earlier this year. For others, it was a chance to meet the team in person for the very first time - and the energy was infectious!

Across a series of collaborative sessions, we made solid progress on our academic program and social events, and worked together to refine the vision for Conference. The days were defined by productivity and purpose; the evenings, by new friendships, inside jokes, and a shared sense of momentum. We also made time to explore Brisbane and have some fun, because no NAAUC gathering is complete without a few laughs along the way.

With excitement building and plans taking shape, 2025 is shaping up to be one for the books.
